Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, low-fat, softened
- 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped vidalia onion
- 1 can reduced sodium & fat condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked, chopped
- 8 to 10 - drops hot sauce
- - parsley for garnish (optional)

Step 1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mayo until smooth.

Step 2Fold in remaining ingredients.

Step 3Chill in covered bowl for several hours or overnight.

Step 4Serve with reduced-fat or fat-free crackers or toasted, quartered pita bread.
