Ultimate cheese and salsa dip.

this is the best cheese dip i have ever eaten or made. i have been told to bring it t every occasion. i make this more than 20 times a year.

velveta chesse
1 jar(s)
mild or medium salsa
1 1/2 lb
hamburger or suasage your choice
1 1/2 c
sour cream


1cut velveta into small cubes for melting throw in a medium size pot set aside on stove on low heat stir occasionally
2brown beef or suasge or both.( i use both ) add to velveta ans stir in.
3add your salsa to your pot and stir. raise temp to medium and simmer until melted.
4once all cheese is melted just add your sour cream. stir in.
5get out the tortillas or crackers or just use your finger. this is going to drive you crazy for more.
