This dip is a family favorite as well as a favorite wherever and whenever I serve it. Men especially love this dish. It makes a ton and will keep for a long time in the refrigerator. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    grated cheddar cheese or a mixture of cheeses
  • 3 c
    real mayonnaise
  • 12 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, may use equivalent commercial real bacon bits
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Ultimate Appetizer (aka Neiman-Marcus Dip)

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours before serving. The longer it chills, the better it is. Serve with cracker or Fritos Scoops.
  2. For variety, add garlic, red pepper, parsley, or green chiles. May also drizzle with Fire roasted raspberry chipotle sauce.
