ugly dip

This dip has a little kick to it. Usually if I double it, I make it with one can of original Ro-Tel and one can of Extra Hot Ro-Tel. No matter where I take this dip, I always get requests for the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ugly dip

1 can(del monte) fiesta corn
-
1 can(ro-tel) diced tomatoes and green chilies

8 ozsour cream
-
1 cmayonnaise (do not substitute miracle whip)

1/2 tspsugar

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make ugly dip

1Drain corn and tomatoes with green chilies in colander. -
2Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar together until smooth.

3Add drained corn and tomatoes with green chilies to sour cream/mayonnaise mixture.

4Stir in onions and cheddar cheese. I save a tablespoon or so of the green onions to sprinkle on top when finished.

5Serve with corn tortilla chips.
