Ugly Dip

This dip has a little kick to it. Usually if I double it, I make it with one can of original Ro-Tel and one can of Extra Hot Ro-Tel. No matter where I take this dip, I always get requests for the recipe. Enjoy!

(del monte) fiesta corn
1 can(s)
(ro-tel) diced tomatoes and green chilies
8 oz
sour cream
1 c
mayonnaise (do not substitute miracle whip)
1/2 tsp
1 bunch
green onions, chopped
2 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese


1Drain corn and tomatoes with green chilies in colander.
2Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar together until smooth.
3Add drained corn and tomatoes with green chilies to sour cream/mayonnaise mixture.
4Stir in onions and cheddar cheese. I save a tablespoon or so of the green onions to sprinkle on top when finished.
5Serve with corn tortilla chips.
