This is just a good, different type of dip. It does look ugly, hence the name, however everyone that has tried this dip, absolutely loves it and asks for me to bring it to the next get together! It is quite yummy!

Ingredients
- 2)8oz - cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1)14oz can rotel diced tomatoes, drained
- 2)7oz cans mexican style corn, drained
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make ugli dip

Step 1Beat the cream cheese until smooth and add the mayonnaise. Beat into the cream cheese. Then, gently stir in the tomatoes, corn, green onions, and cheese. Chill well. Serve with tortilla chips.
