How To Make tzatziki sauce
-
Step 1Grate cucumber into a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze as much of the moisture out as possible. Dump out into a mixing bowl.
-
Step 2Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Taste to check seasoning.
-
Step 3Cover and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits in the fridge the better the flavors will develop.

Step 4Can be stored in fridge for 7 days. Not freezable.
-
Step 5We enjoy this on Gyros, with tortilla chips, pita chips, and fresh cut veggies.
