great spinavh dip recipe im always trying out different variations. To this recipe ive added some of my own touches such as mozzarella cheese and the epicure spinach dip spice

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese(room temp)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/3 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    romano cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2
    green onions finely chopped
  • 1 c
    spinach, frozen( add more depending on personal preference)
  • 1/2 c
    chedder cheese, grated
  • pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • pinch

  • 1 or 2 Tbsp
    epicure spinach dip seasoning
  • 1 clove
    fresh garlic minced
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese or any other cheese you like
  • 1 small
    onion white or sweet finely chopped

How to Make Three Cheese Spinach Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, parmesan, romano, mozzarella, cayenne and paprika with hand or stand mixer on medium until softened and well mixed.
  3. Add the red peppers and the onions and mix on med-low until just incorporated.
  4. Add spinach and mix on low until just incorporated.
    Transfer mixture to a small ovenproof dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella
  5. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 - 7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges and tortilla chips
