this was given to me by a friend, which was given to her by a friend.

Not sure where the "Original" part came from but all I know it is so good.

We love it and eat it fast, so we usually double or triple it.

  • 1 - 8oz
    bar of cream cheese softened
  • 2 - 7 oz
    cans of minced clams
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives or scallions
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard, or more to your liking

How to Make The Origional Clam Dip Recipe from Donna!


  1. Let cream cheese stand at room temp to soften. Drain clams reserving 1/2 cup of juice. Blend together all ingredients. Add juice if to think. Chill overnight and serve with crackers, potato chips or assorted veggies. Garnish with extra parsley.
