I got this recipe through a recipe exchange e-mail. I now fix it rather than the Velvetta Rotel dip. It is much easier and less expensive and really good!

1 package cream cheese (room temp)
1 can rotel
1 pound jimmy dean's sausage (or your favorite)

How To Make the easiest rotel dip

Step 1

Brown sausage and drain. Add cream cheese and Rotel. Simmer until warm or I put mine in a microwave bowl and heat and stir until mixed well. Serve with tortilla chips! YUMMY!!
