thai time dipping sauce
I make this in big batches, but it can be halved and it's still plenty! I love to make sticky rice on the stove top, so this is the best sauce that I've made to go with the rice so far. It's spicy and sweet!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
How To Make thai time dipping sauce

Step 1Heat the vinegar and sugar until completely dissolved.

Step 2Add the vinegar mix and the rest of the ingredients in a small food processer or blender and mix together.

Step 3Use for sticky rice or meats to dip!
