I wanted something different and yummy so this is how Texas Touchdown Dip was born. It has lots of flavor and zing. Just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 jar chopped pimento, drained (4 oz)
- 2 - 3 tablespoons hot diced green chilies, drained
- 3 cups grated pepper jack cheese
- 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make texas touchdown dip

Step 1Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth with a mixer.

Step 2Add everything but diced pimentos and green chiles and beat.

Step 3Stir in pimentos and chiles. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Serve with large corn chips and enjoy the compliments.
