Ingredients For texas hash

1 lbground beef or chuck browned & drained

1 lgeonion diced

1 lgegreen pepper diced

1 cantomatoes regular or petite diced

1 lge cantomato sauce

1/2 cminute rice uncooked

2 tspchile powder

2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

8 ozshredded colbyjack cheese

1 pkgtortilla chips
How To Make texas hash

1After browning & draining ground beef add onion & green pepper. Cook until tender

2Stir in other ingreds. (except the cheese)& heat through.

3Pour into ungreased 2qt casserole dish. Cover w/foil & bake 1hr @ 350*

4Uncover the last 10 mins & top w/shredded cheese. **Note If eating just a few servings at a time I just melt the cheese as we eat the hash**

5Serve w/tortilla chips
