Ingredients
- 2 - ears of corn, shucked
- - olive oil
- - mrs. dash fiesta lime
- 11.5 oz jars guacamole style dip
- 14.5 oz cans fire roasted tex mex style diced tomatoes
- 10.5 oz cans hormel chili, no beans
- 2 - green onion, diced
- 1 - jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 - lime, juiced
- 8 oz packages pepper jack cheese, shredded
How To Make tex mex dip

Step 1Heat an indoor grill on stove, under medium-low heat. Rub corn with olive oil, next sprinkle corn with Mrs. Dash and rub in. Add corn to grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.

Step 2In a medium bowl had the guacamole dip, tomatoes and chili, and stir to combine.

Step 3Next add the onion, and jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper, lime juice and cheese.

Step 4Once corn is cooled, cut it off the cob and add to dip. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
