This is an awesome party dip! Has flavors that brust in your mouth. Makes alot, so have plenty of friends over to share with!

Ingredients

  • 2 - ears of corn, shucked
  • - olive oil
  • - mrs. dash fiesta lime
  • 11.5 oz jars guacamole style dip
  • 14.5 oz cans fire roasted tex mex style diced tomatoes
  • 10.5 oz cans hormel chili, no beans
  • 2 - green onion, diced
  • 1 - jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 - lime, juiced
  • 8 oz packages pepper jack cheese, shredded

How To Make tex mex dip

  • Step 1
    Heat an indoor grill on stove, under medium-low heat. Rub corn with olive oil, next sprinkle corn with Mrs. Dash and rub in. Add corn to grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl had the guacamole dip, tomatoes and chili, and stir to combine.
  • Step 3
    Next add the onion, and jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper, lime juice and cheese.
  • Step 4
    Once corn is cooled, cut it off the cob and add to dip. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
