ears of corn, shucked
olive oil
mrs. dash fiesta lime
11.5 oz jar(s)
guacamole style dip
14.5 oz can(s)
fire roasted tex mex style diced tomatoes
10.5 oz can(s)
hormel chili, no beans
green onion, diced
jalapeno peppers, diced
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
lime, juiced
8 oz pkg
pepper jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Tex Mex Dip


  • 1Heat an indoor grill on stove, under medium-low heat. Rub corn with olive oil, next sprinkle corn with Mrs. Dash and rub in. Add corn to grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.
  • 2In a medium bowl had the guacamole dip, tomatoes and chili, and stir to combine.
  • 3Next add the onion, and jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper, lime juice and cheese.
  • 4Once corn is cooled, cut it off the cob and add to dip. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
