It's a quick snatch and grab meal yet nutritious...So many times too many sugar foods eaten quickly to fill a person up causes stomach upsets....This can make a nutritious meal.   •   1 lb
    ground beef
  •   1
    16 oz can refried beans
  •   1/2 c
    hot taco sauce
  •   1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  •   1 tsp
    ground cumin
  •   1 c
    sour cream
  •   1/4 c
    chopped onion, i like the green onion here
  •   1/4 c
    chopped tomatoes
  •   1/4 c
    black olives, sliced
  •   1/4 c
    jalapeño pepper rings
  •   1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2
    In a large skillet, brown n ground beef and drain. Add refried beans, spicy taco sauce, chili powder and cumin. Spread this mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread the sour cream over mixture. Layer onion,tomatoes, olives and hot pepper. Top with shredded cheese and bake in oven 30 minutes.
