Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 small
    can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 8 oz
    sour cream, lite
  • 3 Tbsp
    red chili powder
  • 1 small
    onions, small white
  • 1 pkg
    chopped lettuce
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 small
    tomatoes, chopped

How to Make Taco Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger, I like some chopped onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder and whatever else you like. Add the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and mix in refried beans. Heat through. This dip is severed warm with chilled toppings.
  2. Mix the chili seasoning into the sour cream. Use a cake pan to spread the meat mixture in, next layer the sour cream. Sprinkle chopped onion. Next add lettuce and last top with cheese.
  3. Serve with chips, I really enjoyed the Frito's Dip Chips or any tortilla chip you like. This dip is hearty and can be a full meal at a game or event.
