I love this dip. Most people make it with sausage instead of beef but I am not a big fan of sausage. I tried it with beef one day and it was great!

How to Make Taco cheese dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook the meat, drain
  2. Follow the directions on the Taco Seasoning package
  3. While the meat is simmering cut the cheese into cubes
  4. When the meat is done, add the rotel (with juices) and the cheese
  5. Mix together and cook on medium heat until the cheese is completely melted
  6. Serve with chips!
