This recipe is easily doubled and trippled.
served with Fried wontons, or Sesame Chicken or S & S Pork even Fried Shrimp.

Ingredients

  • SWEET & SOUR SAUCE FOR DIPPING

  • 3 TBS
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbs
    sugar
  • 1 TBS
    clear rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4 TBS
    water
  • 2 tsp
    cornstarch

How to Make "SWEET & SOUR dipping Sauce", By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. place all the ingredients in a saucepan heat til boiling and thick, stir constantly.
  2. Optional: add 1/4 cup pineapple tid-bits & sprinkle of green pepper chunks for garnish.
