Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour +
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
How To Make sweet mustard

Step 1Combine all ingredients except eggs and bring to a low boil over medium heat.

Step 2Whisk constantly so mixture doesn’t burn on bottom of pan. When slightly thickened, and just starting to boil add hot mix to eggs, a little at a time and stir so eggs do not cook.

Step 3When tempered, and egg mixture to pan and cook until thickened, abut 5 more minutes or so.
