I've never had anybody turn up their nose at this, even when I made it with ground buffalo meat! It's just that good.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
seasoning salt
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoe and green chilis (i like mild or original)
2 lb
velveeta cheese - cubed

How to Make SuperBowl Warm Cheese Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef in a skillet with seasoning salt. Drain.
  • 2While beef is browning, cut the Velveeta into cubes and throw in crockpot on low. Add the Rotel.
  • 3Once beef is done and drained, add to cheese mixture and stir to blend. Leave on low, stirring every 10 minutes or so, until cheese is completely melted. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, pretzels. I rarely have leftovers and lots of times make a double batch. It does refrigerate and reheat nicely.
