TODAY I AM MAKING BAKED CHICKEN AND I BRUSH THIS PESTO ON 2 OR 3 TIMES WHILE ITS COOKING.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sun dried tomatoes
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    walnuts or pecans

How to Make SUNDRIED TOMATO PESTO

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredient except the olive oil in a blender together and drizzle the oil slowly until well blended.
  2. store for 2 weeks in a jar.
