summer hot chicken dip

My own creation. Thought of the name, and had to come up with a recipe, and here it is!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. - cream cheese, soften
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 - jalapeno peppers, chopped with seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

How To Make summer hot chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese and the sour cream.
  • Step 3
    Add the cicken and the pepper jack cheese; stir to combine.
  • Step 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients, and combine.
  • Step 5
    Spread dip into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Any left overs can be reheated or eaten cold.
