My own creation. Thought of the name, and had to come up with a recipe, and here it is!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz.
    cream cheese, soften
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, chopped with seeds
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How to Make Summer Hot Chicken Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese and the sour cream.
  3. Add the cicken and the pepper jack cheese; stir to combine.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, and combine.
  5. Spread dip into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Any left overs can be reheated or eaten cold.
