My own creation. Thought of the name, and had to come up with a recipe, and here it is!

Ingredients For summer hot chicken dip

  • 8 oz.
    cream cheese, soften
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, chopped with seeds
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How To Make summer hot chicken dip

    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie plate.

    In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese and the sour cream.
  • 3
    Add the cicken and the pepper jack cheese; stir to combine.
  • 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients, and combine.
  • 5
    Spread dip into pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 6
    Any left overs can be reheated or eaten cold.
