My mother taught me to make this dish when I was ten, around 1971. It's easy to put together and so far has been a hit every time I've made it. Great as an appetizer or a side dish. For a larger crowd, double and place in 9 x 13 pan.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This has all the flavor of a tasty burrito without the tortilla! I do believe that this would easily be a hit at any gathering. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
