1 pkg chopped spinach, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 1 tsb of dill 1/2 cup cheddar cheese1 tsb orerano, 1 tps salad supreme, 1 tps lemon juice, 4 green onions, pepper to taste 1/2 cup parm cheese

1Thaw and drain spinach mix all ingredients together refrigerate over night
