Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese - 8oz each
1 box spinach, frozen
1 package knorr vegetable soup mix, dry
1/2 - onion, chopped
2 - celery stalks, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

How To Make spinach dip

Step 1

Soften cream cheese. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all of the water. Mix all ingredients together. The mixture will be very thick. Thin to desired consistency with Miracle Whip or mayo (about 1/4 cup). Chill and enjoy.
