Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package ranch style dressing mix
  • - diced pimiento

How To Make spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Squeeze moisture from the spinach.
  • Step 2
    Blend with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Chill for several hours or overnight.
  • Step 4
    Serve with crackers, corn chips or pita chips.
