Ingredients

  • 2 - 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 - 8 oz - cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can water chestnuts chunked
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash - nutmeg

How To Make spinach dip

  • Step 1
    cook spinach and drain. Press all liquid out.
  • Step 2
    Microwave cream cheese and milk until soft (30 - 45 seconds) Cream together.
  • Step 3
    Add and Mix all remaining ingredients.
