Ingredients
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (generous 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light (generous 1/2 cup)
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3/4 cup romano cheese, grated (a generous 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 - onion diced
- 1-2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste (about 2-3 pinches of salt, and a pinch or two of pepper)

Step 1Pre-Heat the oven to 350. in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients using a metal or wooden spoon until even.

Step 2Grease a shallow baking dish ( i use Pam canola oil spray). add the mixture to dish and bake 30 minutes! (time varies by oven)
