spinach artichoke dip- that can't be beat!

Tried a bunch, mixed a few, found one i (we) all love!!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (generous 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light (generous 1/2 cup)
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup romano cheese, grated (a generous 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 - onion diced
  • 1-2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste (about 2-3 pinches of salt, and a pinch or two of pepper)

How To Make spinach artichoke dip- that can't be beat!

  • Step 1
    Pre-Heat the oven to 350. in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients using a metal or wooden spoon until even.
  • Step 2
    Grease a shallow baking dish ( i use Pam canola oil spray). add the mixture to dish and bake 30 minutes! (time varies by oven)
