spinach artichoke dip !
THIS DIP IS GREAT COLD OR HOT! EASY TO MAKE... EVEN EASIER TO EAT! THE ENTIRE FAMILY LOVES THIS ONE! This makes a large batch which is great to take to parties and pot luck dinners. PLAY WITH YOUR FOODS!

Ingredients
- CREAMED PART OF DIP
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package ranch dip mix
- 1/2 teaspoon each: cayenne pepper and white pepper
- 4 tablespoons liquid from artichoke can (more or less depending on what consistancy you like)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- FOLDED PART OF DIP
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese (grated)
- 1 box frozen spinach (thawed, drained, squeezed and chopped)
- 1 can (14 ounces) marinated artichokes (drained, save some liquid as needed)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts (chopped large)
How To Make spinach artichoke dip !

Step 1Cream together the creamed part of dip ingredients.

Step 2Fold in the remaining ingredients. Put in microwaveable yet pretty bowl. Refrigerate until needed.

Step 3If you wish to serve as a cold dip... go ahead. If you wish to serve as a warm dip... microwave on high for about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Stir a couple of times. Garnish with a pretty red grape tomato.

Step 4To serve: place in center of plate or platter surrounded by crackers and or garlic toasts. Or, make crustinies with the warm dip spread on them and put on a platter. How ever you serve it... it is great! *** This recipe makes enough dip to keep everyone happy!
