How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip
- drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts
thaw and squeeze the spinach
- Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture
- Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve with crackers crusty bread
