I found this receipe a few years ago on line. I added real bacon bits to recipe to add a little more flavor. But its also good without any meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    14 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 1 box
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    bacon bits

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts
    thaw and squeeze the spinach
  2. Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture
  3. Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
    Serve with crackers crusty bread
