spinach artichoke dip

I found this receipe a few years ago on line. I added real bacon bits to recipe to add a little more flavor. But its also good without any meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can 14 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts thaw and squeeze the spinach
  • Step 2
    Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture
  • Step 3
    Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.
  • Step 4
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes Serve with crackers crusty bread
