spinach artichoke dip
I found this receipe a few years ago on line. I added real bacon bits to recipe to add a little more flavor. But its also good without any meat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can 14 oz. artichoke hearts
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
How To Make spinach artichoke dip

Step 1drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts thaw and squeeze the spinach

Step 2Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture

Step 3Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.

Step 4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes Serve with crackers crusty bread
