9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water
6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
3/4 c
3/4 c
sour cream
3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp

How to Make Spinach & Artichoke Dip


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • 3In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.
  • 4Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
