Ingredients For spinach & artichoke dip

    9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water
  • 1
    6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How To Make spinach & artichoke dip

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

    In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.

    Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
