Ingredients
- 1 - 9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained of any excess water
- 1 - 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make spinach & artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 3In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika and combine well.

Step 4Place into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes add the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan to the top.
