Spinach and Feta Pinwheels
1 ccream cheese, room temperature
1 csour cream or greek yogurt
1 boxfrozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
1 cfeta cheese, crumbled finely
1 can(s)black olives, chopped (small can)
1 pkgspinach wraps or tortillas (i prefer 10 in.
How to Make Spinach and Feta Pinwheels
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Spread on spinach wraps or tortillas of your choice. Roll into tight rolls.
- Wrap in cling wrap for a couple hours. Slice into about 1/2 in. pinwheels. Using an electric knife works very well.
- This same filling can be used as dip. To make it a little softer either add less cream cheese and more sour cream or add 2 T. Milk.
