spicy guacamole
Updated on Jun 28, 2015
My family loves this slightly dip.You can adjust the seasoning if you don't like it spicy our add more avocados to find it down. We eat it plain with chips or on all tacos, fajitas, and chalupas. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It sure beats the refrigerated stuff you can buy!

How To Make spicy guacamole
-
Step 1First chop all veggies including jalapenos, and zest lime careful to avoid getting any of the white parts
-
Step 2Next half avocado and remove seed. Scooping avocado into mixing bowl
-
Step 3Then sprinkle pickling liquid and juice of the lime all over avocado to reduce Browning. Lightly toss
-
Step 4Next sprinkle in spices and fold in jalapenos, onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fritos or tortilla chips.
-
Step 5NOTE: try not to make too far ahead. If you do then combine everything but the avocados and add those right before serving is best. You can also place in an airtight container and push a piece of plastic wrap down onto top after placing avocado seeds back in to slow the Browning process.
