Minced the Ginger, peppers, garlic, scallions in a bowl
In a pan heat up the sesame oil in med - low heat. pinch of salt. Add the ginger and garlic in the pan for 3 mins.
ADD all the other ingredients in the pan in med heat for 3 mins.
Put it in a bowl or on top of rice.
