My best friend Rita created this recipe years ago ~ it's delicious. I'm sure you could use real Crab meat, but for those of us budget-minders, this is fantastic~! Enjoy everyone...

Ingredients

  •   1 lb
    imitation crab meat, diced
  •   1
    red bell pepper, diced fine
  •   1
    yellow bell pepper, diced fine
  •   1 bunch
    green onion, chopped fine
  •   1/4 tsp
    habanero chili powder
  •   1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  •   1/2 c
    tapitio hot sauce (or to taste)

How To Make

  • 1
    Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thouroughly. Chill 2 hours and serve with Tortilla Chips.
