Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat, flaked
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- - old bay seasoning to taste
How To Make spicy crab dip

Step 1Heat oven to 325. spray a 1-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, l3emon juice, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder and 2 tbsp cheddar cheese.

Step 2Fold in crabmeat, hot sauce and some old bay seasoning to taste. Transfer mix to baking dish.

Step 3Top w/ remaining cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of old bay seasoning. Bake 30 min, or until bubbly and light brown.
