This is a wonderfully spicy dip. Great w/ toasted baquette slices.

  • 1
    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    fresh crabmeat, flaked
  • 3 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce
  • ·
    old bay seasoning to taste

How to Make Spicy crab dip


  1. Heat oven to 325. spray a 1-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, l3emon juice, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder and 2 tbsp cheddar cheese.
  2. Fold in crabmeat, hot sauce and some old bay seasoning to taste. Transfer mix to baking dish.
  3. Top w/ remaining cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of old bay seasoning. Bake 30 min, or until bubbly and light brown.
