This is an absolutely wonderful dip. Perfect served w/ toasted baguettes.

    8 oz pkg reduced-fat dream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    fresh crabmeat, flaked
  • 3 dash(es)
    hot peppper sauce
  • ·
    old bay seasoning, to taste

How to Make Spicy crab dip


  1. Heat oven to 325. Spray a 1-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaqise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder and 2 tbsp cheddar cheese until smooth. Fold in crabmeat, hot peppper sauce and old bay seasoning.
  3. Transfer mix to baking dish. Top w/ remaining cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of old bay seasoning. Bake, uncovered 30 mins, or until bubbly and light brown.
