Ingredients
- 1 pound lg shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left on
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 teaspoons cajun seasoning
How To Make spicy cajun shrimp w/ dip

Step 1Rinse shrimp and pat dry w/ paper towels. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, tomato paste, lemon juice and garlic. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2Brush shrimp w/ melted butter. Sprinkle both sides of shrimp w/ cajun seasoning.

Step 3Place shrimp on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4-5" from heat for 2 mins. Turn shrimp over and broil for 1-2 min more. Serve shrimp w/ mayonnaise dip
