southwestern jalapeno ranch dip & dressing
This is very similar to Chuy's jalapeno ranch dip. It is excellent as a dip for chips or raw vegetables. over a baked potato or steamed vegetables; even as a salad dressing. Because jalapenos can vary in heat and each person has their own limit or love of how much you can handle and still enjoy, you need to adjust to your own liking. Add more jalapenos or leave out the seeds. You can even add buttermilk to thin it more for more fluid salad dressing. It is very adaptable.
