  • 2 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    red chili pepper
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip


  1. With a mixer blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chili pepper, cumin, and salt till smooth.
  2. Stir in the corn, walnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate
  3. Serve with crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips
