- 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon red chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make southwestern corn and walnut dip

Step 1With a mixer blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chili pepper, cumin, and salt till smooth.

Step 2Stir in the corn, walnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate

Step 3Serve with crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips
