Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 csour cream
-
1 pkgranch dressing mix

1 can(s)rotel tomatoes, you determine the heat

4green onions, sliced
-
2 Tbspfresh chopped cilantro
-
1 Tbsplime juice (half of a lime)
How to Make Southwest Ranch Dip or Spread
- Process all ingredients in the food processor for about 30 seconds or until well blended.
- Serve with either fresh vegetables or with tortilla chips.
- Garnish with additional cilantro, green onion and a lime slice.
NOTE:
For dip consistency do not drain rotel tomatoes, for thicker spread, drain tomatoes really well.
