Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, you determine the heat
- 4 - green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (half of a lime)
How To Make southwest ranch dip or spread

Step 1Process all ingredients in the food processor for about 30 seconds or until well blended.

Step 2Serve with either fresh vegetables or with tortilla chips.

Step 3Garnish with additional cilantro, green onion and a lime slice. NOTE: For dip consistency do not drain rotel tomatoes, for thicker spread, drain tomatoes really well.
