How to Make Southwest Ranch Dip or Spread

  1. Process all ingredients in the food processor for about 30 seconds or until well blended.

  3. Garnish with additional cilantro, green onion and a lime slice.

For dip consistency do not drain rotel tomatoes, for thicker spread, drain tomatoes really well.
