Excellent mustard dip that can be used on ham, sandwiches, pretzels, and etc. This is the dip that I use to go with the Pretzel Pups recipe. http://www.justapinch.com/recipe/amanda-rathbun/pretzel-pups/meat-appetizer This dip will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces dry mustard
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup honey

How To Make some like it sweet hot mustard dip

  • Step 1
    Blend together mustard and vinegar and let it set out in a covered container over night.
  • Step 2
    Next day, blend sugar and eggs until smooth. Then add the vinegar and mustard mixture, blend on low until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Cook over low to medium high heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil.
  • Step 4
    Remove from heat, whisk in honey and let cool.
  • Step 5
    Put in containers and refrigerate.
