Excellent mustard dip that can be used on ham, sandwiches, pretzels, and etc. This is the dip that I use to go with the Pretzel Pups recipe. http://www.justapinch.com/recipe/amanda-rathbun/pretzel-pups/meat-appetizer This dip will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces dry mustard
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
How To Make some like it sweet hot mustard dip

Step 1Blend together mustard and vinegar and let it set out in a covered container over night.

Step 2Next day, blend sugar and eggs until smooth. Then add the vinegar and mustard mixture, blend on low until smooth.

Step 3Cook over low to medium high heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil.

Step 4Remove from heat, whisk in honey and let cool.

Step 5Put in containers and refrigerate.
