How to Make So Bad, But So Good Cheese Dip
- Cube up the cheese and mix with the Rotel in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes at a time until well blended.
- While microwaving the Velveeta, cook your sausage in a medium skillet at medium heat. Drain off the fat.
- Mix the sausage in with the Rotel and Velveeta, and you have a delicious snack that goes great with tortilla chips!
