This recipe was passed from my grandma to my mom, then on down the chain to me. It is horribly unhealthy, but sacrifices, sacrifices. Anyway, I hope you come to love it as much as I have!

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 can original rotel
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
How To Make so bad, but so good cheese dip

Step 1Cube up the cheese and mix with the Rotel in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes at a time until well blended.

Step 2While microwaving the Velveeta, cook your sausage in a medium skillet at medium heat. Drain off the fat.

Step 3Mix the sausage in with the Rotel and Velveeta, and you have a delicious snack that goes great with tortilla chips!
