smoked salmon dip

Being from the pacific northwest, I Love Salmon and this salmon dip recipe is an especially good one with the horseradish to give it just the right bite. Very unique, very easy to make and it makes a great dip on crackers, veggies or baguette. I hope you give this a try~ it will be a hit at your next party too! :)

Ingredients For smoked salmon dip

  • 8 oz
    pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    lite mayo
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    (or more) prepared horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste if desired
  • 1 c
    smoked salmon, flaked (more if you wish)

How To Make smoked salmon dip

  • 1
    Blend all ingredients, except salmon, in food processor until well blended. Remove to bowl and stir in the salmon. Cover and chill until ready to serve... at least a couple hours. (can be made night before) Great on crackers, veggies or baguette
