Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages frozen spinach thawed and chopped
- 14 ounces can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup each mayonnaise and mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup each parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese and fontina cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make slow cooker spinach parmesan dip

Step 1Squeeze the fluid out of the spinach reserving 1/3 cup. Place the spinach and the 1/3 cup of fluid. Add the artichokes, onion, mustard and garlic.

Step 2Cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in the remaining ingredients and let cook until cheese is all melted.

Step 3Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with assorted dippers.
