Ingredients For slow cooker spinach parmesan dip

    10 oz packages frozen spinach thawed and chopped
  • 14 oz
    can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    each mayonnaise and mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 c
    each parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese and fontina cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make slow cooker spinach parmesan dip

  • 1
    Squeeze the fluid out of the spinach reserving 1/3 cup. Place the spinach and the 1/3 cup of fluid. Add the artichokes, onion, mustard and garlic.

    Cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in the remaining ingredients and let cook until cheese is all melted.

    Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with assorted dippers.
