Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (one bar)
  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, 6-8 oz
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
  • dash tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make slow cooker hot artichoke spinach dip

  • Step 1
Cube the cream cheese and add it to the slow cooker.
  • Step 2
Add the remaining of the ingredients except parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
Cook on low 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir to combine ingredients after one hour and check to make sure it isn't cooking too fast and getting burned on the sides. If so, turn the cooker to the warm setting.
  • Step 4
After stirring, leave for at least another 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Set cooker to warm if necessary.
  • Step 5
Place dip in a small casserole. Sprinkle evenly with the parmesan cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until parmesan cheese is just melted.
  • Step 6
Serve warm with sliced french bread or hearty crackers.
