How To Make slow cooker hot artichoke spinach dip
-
Step 1Cube the cream cheese and add it to the slow cooker.
-
Step 2Add the remaining of the ingredients except parmesan cheese.
-
Step 3Cook on low 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir to combine ingredients after one hour and check to make sure it isn't cooking too fast and getting burned on the sides. If so, turn the cooker to the warm setting.
-
Step 4After stirring, leave for at least another 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Set cooker to warm if necessary.
-
Step 5Place dip in a small casserole. Sprinkle evenly with the parmesan cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until parmesan cheese is just melted.
-
Step 6Serve warm with sliced french bread or hearty crackers.
