How to Make Slow-cooker artichoke dip
- In lg skillet over medium heat, cook leeks in oil until tender.
- Place leeks in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
