light mayonnaise

red bell pepper, chopped

grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp
lemon-pepper seasoning

How to Make Slow-cooker artichoke dip


  • 1In lg skillet over medium heat, cook leeks in oil until tender.
  • 2Place leeks in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • 3cover, cook on low about 4 hrs.
