Ingredients

  • 2 - leeks, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 - 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

How To Make slow-cooker artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet over medium heat, cook leeks in oil until tender.
  • Step 2
    Place leeks in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Step 3
    cover, cook on low about 4 hrs.
