- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Step 1In lg skillet over medium heat, cook leeks in oil until tender.

Step 2Place leeks in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
