    olive oil

    14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    lemon-pepper seasoning

How to Make Slow-cooker artichoke dip


  1. In lg skillet over medium heat, cook leeks in oil until tender.
  2. Place leeks in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Stir in artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  3. cover, cook on low about 4 hrs.
