Cook shrimp ahead of time and chill. Let cream cheese sit out to room temp. Clean shrimp and cut in half or thirds if large.
Mix cream cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco and creole seasoning and spread on pizza pan or serving platter. Blot well the shrimp, bell peppers and tomatoes with paper towels (or you'll get a watery ring around the dip).
Layer the remaining ingredients in above order. Serve chilled with crackers of choice and watch it disappear.
