This is good to serve for weddings or showers or just for a yummy side dish. This is a one of our family favorites.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1- 16 oz jars sandwhich spread
  • 1 small bottle ketchup
  • 1 large onion cut in four
  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make shrimp dip

  • Step 1
    boil shrimp and eggs and let cool to room temperature.
  • Step 2
    Using a meat grinder, grind all ingredients together, alternating a handful of shrimp, one egg and one part of the onion.
  • Step 3
    Once all grinding is done mix in (using a cooking spoon) the jar of sandwich spread, Mayo, salt, pepper and bottle of ketchup. add more salt, pepper and ketchup if needed. Color should be pink
  • Step 4
    Serve with crackers or on bread. Bon Appetit
  • Step 5
    NOTE: If using a food processor chop all ingredients separately, then mix it all together.
