We had some real bad weather on the coast a few weeks ago and I had lots of leftover seafood in the fridge. I threw the ingredients together in a baking dish and it turned out to be a hit. I've made it three times since then and can't stop eating it. The measurements are not exact as I just sort of toss whatever's on hand and bake. Canned crab and shrimp would be fine, too.
