I was making taco's with my son and this is what happened. lol We got some of the recipe from a taco seasoning packet and the rest we put together.

Ingredients For seven layer fiesta dip

1 canrefried beans (16 oz)

1 ptsour cream

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix, brand up to you

2 cmexican blend shredded cheese

1 cguacamole
-
1 cchopped tomato
-
1/2 csliced green onion
-
1/2 cblack olives, sliced, optional

1 mdavocado, diced and tossed in lime juice
How To Make seven layer fiesta dip

1Put refried beans in a shallow serving dish. Mix the sour cream and taco seasoning mix together till well blended. Spread over refied beans.

2Top with 2 cups of shredded cheese, the guacamole, tomatoes, green onions, black olives and diced avocados. It will be all in layers. Tossing the avocado in lime or lemon juice helps to keep from browning to fast.

3Serve with your favorite chips or put it on a soft taco shell and roll it up.
